3 Useful Infographics for Stress Relief and Management - Royals Lesson!

Ciao lovelies! Today I have a special post for you all! Today's ROYAL lesson is all about Stress Management, and includes 3 useful infographics on the subject!


First, when we talk about stress, we should address sources of stress:
In the infographic above I've laid out 5 common sources of stress. For many people, Job and Health stress are the highest. (the Job Category includes Financial Stress). But I know many people also struggle with social interaction stress, academic stress, and time management stress.

Why do people sometimes have Time Management stress, for example? Usually there is a lot on someone's figurative "plate." For example, many people often have very many responsibilities:

The responsibility categories pictured above (Interpersonal relationships, academics, financial, and leisure) are not the only responsibility categories that a person may have, but they are very important ones. And yes, Leisure IS a responsibility. Making sure to leave leisure time is a responsibility to yourself and your well-being. 

So if we know that stress can come from these sources, and we know that often it can be because someone has too much on their plate, what can we do to solve stress or help relieve it?


Above I have pictured a few methods of stress relief. These methods can help relieve stress in a healthy manner.
