3 Super Delicious and Healthy Smoothie Recipes

Ciao lovelies! We're back with a delicious and healthy post for you all today- how to make 3 different delicious smoothies!

To make these recipes you will need:
-Frozen Fruit, I used strawberries, raspberries, mangos, peaches
-Fresh fruit, I used cantaloupe and banana
-Yogurt, I used Greek Organic plain yogurt
-Milk, I used 2% Organic milk
-Honey, again I used Organic natural honey
-Vanilla protein powder
-Cream Cheese

Recipe #1: Refreshing and Helpful
For this you need to blend together:
-Frozen Strawberries
-Frozen peaches/mango
-Vanilla protein powder

This recipe is good if you don't get enough protein in your diet. It's also good because the honey acts as a natural sweetener instead of sugar. Make sure when you get your frozen fruits that they have no added sugars in them. (sometimes sugar is added to keep the fruits from sticking together in the bag).

Recipe #2- Rich and Creamy
 For this recipe you'll need:
-Fresh banana and cantaloupe
-Frozen strawberries
-Greek yogurt
-Cream cheese

This recipe is super yummy and rich like a delicious fruit cheesecake. And it's super creamy because of the yogurt and whole banana. Plus because we're adding a whole banana, you get a lot of potassium!

Recipe #3- Simply Sweet
For this recipe you will need:
-Frozen Strawberries
-Fresh cantaloupe

This recipe (to my knowledge) is vegan, but if you don't like honey or consider it an animal product, then you can always substitute it for natural sugar.

I made all of these recipes using a Ninja blender single serving cup.
