How to Make a Recycled Mini Top Hat DIY Tutorial

Ciao lovelies! Today I'm going to show you how to make a mini top hat out of an old pill bottle! You can make it for yourself or for anything else you'd like!

What you'll need:

-Felt in your desired color

-Old pill bottle

-Cardboard circle

-Adornments

-Hot glue gun and glue

The steps:

Step one- Glue the pill bottle with cap on to the cardboard circle.

Step two- cover the cardboard circle with felt

-Step three- cover the pill bottle with felt and cover the top with a small felt circle

Step four- trim with either more felt or an adornement of your choice (I used black lace)

 For my adornments I used an ethically sourced feather, gold ribbon, and a gold plush heart. 

To finish it off, hot glue to a clear or black headband.
