DIY/Recipe/Tutorial - Lemon Cookies

Ciao lovelies! In this post I'll show you how to make Lemon Cookies!

Let's Start!

What You'll Need:

Lemon Cake Mix (18.25 oz)

1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil

2 Eggs

3 TSP Lemon Juice

1 TSP Lemon Zest

3/4 TSP Vanilla Extract

Large Bowl

Electric Mixer

Cookie Sheet

Convection Oven

Spoons

Step One:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees farenheight.

Step Two:

pour the cake mix into the large bowl.

add 2 Eggs and 1/3 Cup of Vegetable oil.

Mix until it all blends together. (Person mixing in the pic is my stepsis!)

Step Three:

Grate out 1 TSP of Lemon Zest

Juice out 3 TSP of Lemon Juice

Add Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, and 3/4 TSP of Vanilla Extract to the batter and mix again until thoroughly combined.

Step Four:

 Use spoons to drop out globs of the dough onto the baking sheet about 1-2 inches apart.

Put the cookies in the oven for 10-11 minutes.

And you're done! Enjoy your yummy lemon cookies!
