Boosting Your Confidence – New Year, New You!


Ciao lovelies! Today for New Year, New You, we are talking about building your confidence! Confidence can be one of the hardest things for most people to obtain.

So today, here are our top tips for gaining and keeping a confident attitude! 



-          Be positive and kind to others. Being kind and caring to others is the first step to feeling confident. It’s easy to feel insecure when you spend all your time dragging others down. 

-          When you’re in a good mood, make a list of everything great about yourself! Refer back to this list when you aren’t feeling happy about yourself. 

-          Surround yourself with people who support you for who you are and don’t ask you to change.  

-          View the negative and self-doubting thoughts in your head like a little monster. If you give in to those thoughts, you’re letting that little monster control you, and nobody wants that. 

-          Wear what makes you feel the most confident, and ignore what anyone says about it.
