Shepherd's Pie Cups Recipe (And Why We've Been Gone)

Ciao lovelies! Today I've got a special recipe for you- Shepherd's pie cups! (Also if you're reading this to see where we've been, I'll explain that too.)

Sorry for our prolonged absence. I've been really sick and also suffering from a particularly bad bout of seasonal depression. So I haven't really had the motivation or energy to do what I love. I've been only really doing the essentials like going to class, work, and doing homework. So now I'm back and feeling still down but trying to push through because I love you guys and want to keep giving you guys some content.

Annyyyyywayyyyyy, let's get into the recipe!

What you'll need:
Instant mashed potatoes
Canned corn
One pound of ground beef
one package of Crescent rolls
Muffin tin

Place the crescent rolls in each cup of the muffin tin. Make sure they cover the entire bottom and sides.

Cook the beef until its brown. Make the instant mashed potatoes and warm up the corn on the stove. *Try to do this all relatively simultaneously .

Layer the meat, then corn, then mashed potatoes into the cups. If desired, lay some crescent dough over top..

Cook for the length instructed on the cresent roll package, and you're done!

Easy and relatively cheap!

  1. I'm sorry to hear you're feeling down. I am also really affected by seasonal depression in the winter, and I find that using a SAD lamp makes a hugeee difference. Maybe look into that if you haven't already? Feel better dearie~

    1. Thank you for the well wishes! I’m sorry to hear you also suffer from seasonal depression, it is a really big problem..
I will look into getting a SAD lamp. Currently I’m taking a multivitamin and looking into getting D3 supplements to help with it as well. Thanks for your comment!
