5 Ways to Be Positive!

Ciao lovelies! Today we're going over 5 ways to be positive!
Being positive is important to keeping you motivated and happy!
So let's get started!
1. Remind yourself of all the good things in your life!
Whether it be friends, family, opportunities, love, pets, anything you can think of. Make a list if you need to. Similarly, you can make a list of things you're grateful for. Reminding yourself of all the good that's right around you will make you much happier and having a much more positive outlook.
2. Think of the good side in everything!
Remind yourself the good that can come from bad situations. Rain storm? Well, at least the plants got watered. Failed a test? You can use it to study for the next one. Take time to reflect on what you have learned from your experiences. 
3. Make a conscious effort to be kind.
As mentioned in 5 Daily Challenges, I believe that spreading love and kindness will make it return to your life as well. Not to mention, being kind will make you feel better internally, as you will feel more at peace with yourself as a person. 
4. Come to terms with things you can't change.
Learn to accept when things are out of your control and don't stress about what you can't change.  Realize that certain things are just facts of life, and learn to live regardless of those things.
5. Learn to love yourself!
Self love can lead to a way more positive outlook! I care about this topic very much, so much in fact that the one of the next "5" posts will be about Self-Care/Love, so stay tuned for that!
